After 26 years in public sector real estate sales, management, planning and development - the transition to private sector real estate in 2013 was seamless. Many of the qualities and skills developed over my prior career easily transferred into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network. My six years as the Redevelopment Director for the City of Big Bear Lake puts me in a unique position to provide superior real estate services to my clients.
That said, in my experience as a Big Bear Lake real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I always stay on top of and utilize the latest technologies that benefit my clients and business.
